LULU Lottery Rules

Lulu Lottery is divided into the public prize pool and KOL community prize pool, all users will automatically be assigned to one of them.

• Public Pool:

  • Definition: Users who did not fill out the invitation code, or entered the invitation code that is not linked to a community pool, will automatically participate in the public prize pool draw.

  • Prize Pool Source: The pool is composed of transaction fees generated by public prize pool users, and only public prize pool users are eligible to share the rewards.

• KOL Community Prize Pool

  • Definition: KOLs can create exclusive community prize pools, users who enter and bind these KOLs’ invitation code will automatically be assigned to KOL's community prize pool.

  • Prize Pool Source:The pool is composed of transaction fees generated by community prize pool users, and only community prize pool users are eligible to share the rewards.

  • Exit Policy: Once users join a community prize pool, they will not be able to change or leave on their own.

  • Creation Threshold: After a KOL creates a prize pool, they must invite at least 10 valid members within 24 hours. Otherwise, the platform will close the pool.

• Daily Prize Reward

  • Prize Pool Source: A portion of the total transaction fees generated by users in each prize pool is allocated daily to form a daily prize pool.

  • Numbers of Winners: the number may vary, approximately 10% of the previous day’s total participating users.,

  • Prize Structure:

    • First Prize: Shares 17% of the previous day's prize pool

    • Second Prize: Shares 30% of the previous day's prize pool

    • Third Prize: Shares 28% of the previous day's prize pool

• Monthly Prize Reward

  • Prize Pool source: A portion of each daily prize pool is reserved to accumulate into the monthly prize pool.

  • Numbers of Winners: the number may vary, approximately 10% of the previous month’s total participating users.,

  • Prize Structure:

    • First Prize: Shares 25% of the previous month’s prize pool.

    • Second Prize: Shares 40% of the previous month’s prize pool.

    • Third Prize: Shares 35% of the previous month’s prize pool.

• Special Rules:

  • If the number of users participating in trading is fewer than 10, only ONE first prize will be awarded. *(Second and third prizes will not be awarded.

  • If the number of users participating in trading is between 10 to 30, only ONE first prize and TWO second prizes will be awarded. *(The third prize will not be awarded.)

• Daily & Monthly Odds of Winning

  • A user's odds depend on the number of entries they hold, determined by their trading volume and VIP tier status.

  • Entry Calculation for Daily Draws: Every $100 USD-equivalent traded on the platform generates 1 daily lottery entry for the next day's draw.

  • Entry Calculation for Monthly Draws: Every 100 USD-equivalent traded within the month generates 1 monthly lottery entry.

  
• Prize Redemption

  • All lottery prizes are distributed in SOL, converted from trading fees in various cryptocurrencies.

• Fairness & Transparency

  • Trading Volume: Only legitimate trading volume will count towards entries. Wash trading or other manipulative practices will result in disqualification.

  • Prize Limits: An individual user can only win one prize tier per draw (e.g., winning both First and Second Prizes is not allowed).

  • Entry Cutoff: Daily draw entries close at 11:59 PM UTC, and monthly entries close at 11:59 PM UTC on the last day of the month.

  • Transparency: All winners will be announced publicly on the platform (anonymized for privacy).
